At Nu Way Beauty Wellness Aesthetics, all appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

1. 50% Deposit Requirement

All services require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

The deposit:

• Is applied toward your total service cost
• Is required to confirm your booking
• Is non-refundable

Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule with proper notice, your 50% deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice:

• The 50% deposit is forfeited
• A new deposit is required to rebook

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up without notice:

• Your 50% deposit is forfeited
• Future bookings may require full prepayment

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

• Your appointment time may be shortened
• Full service cost still applies
• Appointment may need to be rescheduled
• Deposit is not refunded

5. Aesthetic & Cosmetic Services

All completed services are final sale.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Results vary by individual.

6. Injectables

Injectable treatments are non-refundable once administered.

Additional product, if needed, will incur additional charges.

7. Medical Weight Loss & Telehealth Programs

Medical weight management and telehealth programs require a 50% deposit at enrollment.

Once:

• A provider has reviewed your case
• A prescription has been issued
• Medication has been processed or shipped

All fees are non-refundable.

Prescription approval is not guaranteed.

If you are not approved by the provider, any refundable portion will be determined after deducting provider evaluation and administrative fees.

8. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications, compounded formulations, and custom wellness products are non-refundable once dispensed or shipped.

9. Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with receipt.

Opened products are non-refundable.

10. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
