Most events are open to everyone. Member Glow Nights are exclusive to our Glow, Signature, and Elite members — each card on the events list shows whether it's open or members-only.

No. Reservations hold your seat at no cost. Some events include a paid treatment add-on you can choose at checkout — fully optional.

Yes — most events welcome a plus-one. Just reserve a second seat under their name so we can prepare. For Bring-A-Friend Saturday, the friend pairing is the whole point.

Whatever you feel good in. Our studio is warm, the lighting is soft, and the entire setting is built around you being comfortable — no dress code.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancel more than 48 hours before the event and there's no fee — full release, no questions. Cancellations within 48 hours hold a 50% deposit, since your seat and treatment time are already prepared for you. A quick text, call, or email is all we need.
